About Me

My name is Nicolas Thuillier. I am from France; it’s been 7 years since I arrived in the United States. In France, I wasn’t a teacher but became one here in Louisiana. My wife is a 3rd-grade teacher in French Immersion, Mme Emilie. We love Louisiana, its people, its food, and its culture! We love Disney and traveling around the US; we have visited 35 US States and 40 US National Parks. What I like the most about teaching is sharing my culture and language and learning from my students and their parents. I am a very curious, rigorous, and outgoing person. I am very excited for this year, and I will do everything I can for my students to succeed!
